EQT Exeter developed Orlando-Apopka Commerce Center, a four-building, big-box industrial park located in Apopka, Florida, totaling 1.25 million square feet. With the continuous growth of Orlando’s population, Apopka has emerged as an attractive destination for Fortune 500 companies seeking to serve the Orlando metropolitan area and the entire State of Florida.
