One Cathedral Square is a 23-story apartment community that EQT Exeter developed in Philadelphia. The 271-unit tower is where the park-like Museum District meets downtown and is walkable to workplaces such as Comcast’s headquarters and the numerous universities, hospitals, and research centers that
make Philadelphia one of the country’s deepest “meds and eds” centers.
Similar to other public-private partnerships that EQT Exeter has fostered, development on this site was negotiated with the Archdiocese of Philadelphia, whose historic cathedral is reflected in the property’s windows. EQT Exeter’s in-house development team completed construction in 12 months, ahead of schedule and under budget.
