GTX Logistics Park

In the fourth quarter of 2023, EQT Exeter acquired GTX Logistics Park, located in the North Austin submarket of Georgetown, Texas. This state-of-the-art development includes a 409,822 square foot, cross-docked, bulk industrial building, which is currently 64% leased, with 147,000 square feet available for lease. Adjacent to this facility is a 25-acre shovel-ready land site, where EQT Exeter can deliver a building of up to 400,000 square feet within 10 months.

The existing building features a 36-foot ceiling clear height, a highly functional layout with 68 dock-high doors and four drive-in doors, along with above-market auto and trailer parking. 147,000 square feet of the building are currently available in a cross-docked configuration that will be move-in ready, as EQT Exeter is presently constructing spec offices, installing dock levelers, and LED lighting.
