Exeter Westpark II
Exeter Westpark is a logistics park that EQT Exeter developed in the northern submarket of Dallas-Ft. Worth, where the region’s key highway, I-35, splits at Denton, Texas. Following the development and prompt lease up of Westpark Phase I, EQT Exeter secured an additional 91-acre site in order to develop Phase II, comprised of two logistics facilities.
Of the two facilities, Building 1 was completed in mid-2023, with half the warehouse pre-leased to a prominent boot and clothing company. The other half is available for lease. Building 2 has plans in place for a 324,200 SF warehouse and can be customized for build-to-suit.
