Berlin South Logistics Park

Berlin South Logistics Park is a 110,000 square meter 7-building logistics and business park developed in 2021-2023 by EQT Exeter and is located in the southern submarket of Berlin, Germany where the A10 Berlin Ring Road crosses Berlin’s Schoenefeld Airport.

After taking the land through a zoning process, EQT Exeter signed two build-to-suit and further speculative development leases with blue chip customers in the automotive, third-party logistics, e-commerce food delivery and light industrial industries. Highlighting the first project for an e-commerce food delivery service, the refrigerated logistics hub was constructed with best-in-class sustainable attributes such as a 1.25 MWpPV system, energy-efficient heat recovery systems, e-chargers, on-site rainwater attenuation and a KFW55 energy efficiency standard, enabling the tenant to collect substantial subsidies.
